Customer Support (Team Lead) - Remote

Job Description

Become the voice of NorysForge and ensure every customer feels like a professional athlete. You'll manage daily support inquiries, develop FAQ resources, track recurring issues, and collaborate with our team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles (even entry-level is fine).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple conversations at once.
  • Passion for sports, wellness, or nutrition is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Social Media Manager (Team Lead) - hybrid (Riga, Latvia)

Job Description

You’ll own NorysForge’s social media presence. From creating content to engaging with our athlete community, you'll shape our voice across platforms. This is a creative role where your ideas can directly influence how our brand is perceived.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal projects count!).
  • Strong sense of visual content, tone, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Passion for fitness, sports, or health industries.

Chemist (Biochemistry – R&D) - Hybrid (Riga, Latvia)

Job Description

As part of our R&D team, you’ll contribute to developing and refining our supplement formulations. You’ll work closely on product testing, lab coordination, and ensuring our formulas meet elite performance and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in laboratory environments (can be university lab experience).]
  • Understanding of supplement formulation, ingredient interaction, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with WADA regulations and lab testing procedures is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
